Description
The icon of Belgian Abbeys in your glass.
The Brewferm Belgian Tripel kit allows you to brew 9 litres of a high-gravity beer reaching a solid 9% ABV. This is a beer with serious character, true to the "Triple" style: a deep golden colour, a well-mastered alcoholic strength, and an aromatic bouquet rich in spices and fruity esters. An intense tasting experience for lovers of robust brews.

Malty complexity and a warming finish
This Belgian Tripel is distinguished by its generous body and aromatic complexity. The malt extract provides a sweet base that balances with a clean but subtle bitterness. The included yeast develops notes of pepper and clove, typical of Belgian strains, complemented by hints of ripe fruit. Its finish is long and warming, the hallmark of an exceptional beer for ageing.

Tips Experts :
-
Sugar Management : For a 9% beer, the quality of the fermentation sugar is paramount. Using Dextrose avoids "cider" off-flavours and allows the yeast to work more efficiently at high densities.
-
Long Maturation : As with any Tripel, patience is rewarded. A minimum of 12 weeks of bottle ageing is recommended for the alcohol to integrate perfectly and the aromas to refine.
-
Serving Temperature : Serve this beer at 10-12°C. Too cold, and its complex aromas will be masked by the strength of the alcohol.
FAQ Flash :
-
Why only 9 litres? To reach 9% ABV with the provided concentrate, it is necessary to limit the water volume to maintain a very high sugar density.
-
Is it a sweet beer? It has a certain malty roundness, but full fermentation should leave it rather dry on the finish despite its high alcohol content.
