Patience Rewarded : Due to its high alcohol content, this beer requires a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks of bottle conditioning to mellow the alcoholic warmth.

-
Premium Option : Replace table sugar with white candi sugar crystals to achieve a finer carbonation and enhanced brilliance.
FAQ Flash :
-
Why only 9 litres? To guarantee the 8.5% strength and aromatic concentration with 1.5kg of extract, this volume is the ideal ratio.
-
Is it very bitter? The bitterness is present but perfectly balanced by the beer's syrupy body.
-
