Manual for Brewferm Beer Kit
Description
The Belgian brown ale that’s perfect for summer too!
The Brewferm Belgian Brown kit challenges the conventions of traditional dark beers. Designed to produce 15 litres of a rich, copper-hued beer, it offers a unique profile: a slightly acidic start that evolves into a smooth, malty finish. It’s the ideal beer for those seeking the character of a brown ale without the heaviness—perfect for sunny days.

A tasting experience between malty sweetness and acidic freshness
This kit produces a beer with a deep brown body and brilliant copper highlights. Unlike classic stouts or dubbels, Belgian Brown relies on a subtle balance. The included yeast ensures a vigorous fermentation and a crispness that highlights the grain aromas. By choosing the 15-litre volume, you achieve a perfectly balanced beer at approximately 7.5% ABV.
