How do loyalty points work ?

- 1 loyalty point is awarded for every €10 spent (excluding shipping costs).
- Points are calculated automatically when the order is placed.
- They are credited to your account once the order has been validated and processed.

Products eligible for the loyalty program

Items that grant loyalty points clearly indicate this on their product page, directly below the product price.
Only products displaying this information allow points to be accumulated.

Products excluded from the loyalty program

Products considered professional are not eligible for the loyalty program.

As non-exhaustive examples, the following are notably excluded:

- 25 kg malt bags;
- professional yeasts in 100 g and 500 g formats;
- hops in 5 kg packaging;
- brewing and fermentation tanks from 100 liters;
- more generally, equipment and raw materials intended for professional use.

These products do not grant any loyalty points, even when ordered by an individual.

Using loyalty points

Loyalty points can be converted into discount vouchers, usable on future eligible orders.
Your points balance and usage conditions can be viewed in your customer account.

Returns, cancellations and point adjustments

In the event of a product return, order cancellation or partial or full refund, the loyalty points awarded for the corresponding order are automatically deducted from the customer account, in proportion to the refunded amount.

- Loyalty points are linked to a customer account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Points are valid only for purchases made on rolling-beers.fr.
