Available payment methods



Four payment methods are available for your online purchase :

By credit card :
Payment is processed on the secure CIC bank website, your purchase is fully secure. Most cards are accepted.

By PayPal :
Payment is also fully secure. This method is convenient if you already have a PayPal account.

By check :
If you choose this payment method, the order is prepared immediately. It is shipped upon receipt of the check.

By bank transfer :
If you choose this payment method, the order is prepared immediately. It is shipped upon receipt of the payment.

You must contact your bank to make the transfer. The delay is generally 3 to 4 days (faster if you have an account with CIC or Crédit Mutuel). (The bank details of the ROLLING BEERS account are sent to you by email once the order is confirmed.)


Is payment with CM-CIC secure ?

When making a purchase on the internet using CM-CIC payment, the entire transaction is carried out on the CIC banking website in encrypted mode. You temporarily leave our site in complete transparency to enter your bank details. This guarantees that: we will never know your card number and CM-CIC payment will not be able to access the details of your purchases since only the total amount and the order number are transmitted to the bank.


What security measures does CM-CIC payment use ?

CM-CIC payment uses the standardized encryption system known as the "SSL protocol". When you are on the payment page, this is indicated by: an icon in a corner of your browser — one of these symbols must be present. Padlock icons appear during a secure connection: the padlock must be closed. In your browser's address bar, the URL starts with "https://" instead of "http://". When switching between non-encrypted and encrypted modes (and vice versa), browsers display a message informing you of the change. Check these elements before entering confidential data, as this is a guarantee of security. To benefit from the most powerful protocols, we recommend using the latest version of your browser.


What information is required to use CM-CIC payment ?

On the CM-CIC payment site, you will be asked for: your credit card number or private card number (15 or 16 digits), the expiration date, and the security code (the last 3 or 4 digits on the signature strip of your card). With the deployment of 3D Secure (recognizable by the "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode" logos), your bank will also ask you during payment to authenticate yourself using confidential information to be entered on your bank's own web page.


What does internet fraud correspond to ?

The risk of your credit card number being "hacked" when purchasing a product on a website equipped with CM-CIC payment is extremely low. Fraudulent use of credit card numbers does exist. It most often results from another situation: a malicious individual who has found or stolen a credit card number uses it to make purchases online. The credit card number is valid, since its real owner is using it unknowingly. Card validity verification systems therefore cannot detect the offender. Only 3D Secure reduces this risk, as you must also authenticate yourself with your bank.

Pay in 3 or 4 installments ?

Rolling Beers offers payment by credit card in 3 or 4 installments. Additional fees apply.

This service is reserved for private individuals only. It may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.

This payment method is available from a minimum amount of €100.

The first installment is charged when placing the order, the second one month later, and the final installment two months after the order.
