Our team includes 6 long-standing home brewers who brew, test, experiment… and sometimes take home trophies.
Some team members have been awarded at well-known competitions, including :

- The Fourquet d'Or;
- And other brewing competitions.
This hands-on experience is complemented by recognised professional training, including :
- Training at the IFBM in Nancy;
- Cicerone certifications.
This combination of practical and theoretical expertise allows us to answer questions on recipes and brewing processes, as well as advise on equipment selection and use.
