This hands-on experience is complemented by recognized professional training, including:

• training programs at the IFBM in Nancy (French Institute of Brewing and Malting);
• Cicerone certifications.

This dual expertise — both practical and theoretical — allows us to answer questions related to recipes, brewing processes, as well as the selection and proper use of brewing equipment.
