Hereinafter referred to as "Rolling Beers" or "the Seller".
Article 2 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made on the website www.rolling-beers.fr, to both consumer and professional Customers.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs, to the exclusion of any other document.
Article 3 – Pre-Contractual Information
The Customer acknowledges having been informed, prior to any order, of the essential characteristics of the products, their price, delivery times and these T&Cs.
Product photographs and visuals are non-contractual.
Article 4 – Products
The products offered are those listed on the Website, subject to available stock. Rolling Beers reserves the right to modify its catalogue at any time.
Article 5 – Orders
5.1 Online Orders
Orders are placed directly on the Website and become final upon payment validation and acceptance of these T&Cs.
5.2 Quote-Based Orders
Some orders may be validated on the basis of a prior quote. The order is considered firm upon the Customer's written validation of the quote.
Any order validated by quote automatically results in the removal or non-allocation of loyalty points associated with the order.
Article 6 – Loyalty Programme
The loyalty programme is available under specific conditions.
The following are excluded from the programme:
- quote-based orders,
- orders benefiting from trade pricing or specific discounts.
Rolling Beers reserves the right to modify or cancel the programme at any time.
Article 7 – Pricing
Prices are shown in euros inclusive of VAT (inc. VAT), excluding delivery charges. The applicable prices are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 8 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Rolling Beers reserves the right to suspend any order in the event of payment refusal.
Rolling Beers offers various payment methods, which may vary depending on the country of destination.
The following are primarily available: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay.
Payment in 3 or 4 instalments may be available for private customers for purchases from €50 inc. VAT (maximum €2,000) via Alma.

Article 9 – Delivery and Shipping
9.1 Delivery Areas
- Metropolitan France
- French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)
- European Union
- Switzerland
For French Overseas Territories and Switzerland, customs fees and formalities are entirely the Customer's responsibility.
9.2 Delivery Methods
- DPD (home delivery and pick-up points)
- Chronopost (home delivery and pick-up points)
- Colissimo (home delivery and pick-up points)
- Pallet transport via Mazet carrier
9.3 Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours if all products are in stock. This timeframe is indicative and non-contractual.
This timeframe may be extended by 24 hours in the case of manufacturing (retail malt) or specific requests.
Any contact with customer service prior to order preparation will temporarily place the order on hold.
9.4 Delivery Times
Metropolitan France :
- DPD / Chronopost: 24 to 48 working hours
- Colissimo: 48 to 72 working hours
- Mazet (pallet): 4 to 7 working days
Additional delays :
- European Union & Switzerland: +24 working hours
- French Overseas Territories: +48 working hours
- Mazet Europe: +1 to 2 working days
Delivery times are indicative, non-contractual and expressed in working days. No shipments are made at weekends or on public holidays.
Article 10 – Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Rolling Beers until full payment of the price has been received.
Article 11 – Right of Withdrawal and Exclusions
Consumer Customers have a 14-day period in which to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to legal exclusions.
The following are notably excluded:
- Perishable products (hops, yeasts, raw materials),
- Unsealed products,
- Products manufactured or prepared to the Customer's specifications.
Professional Customers do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Article 12 – Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by law.
Article 13 – Liability
Rolling Beers shall not be held liable for brewing results, losses, or indirect damages.
Rolling Beers' liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order.
Article 14 – Personal Data & GDPR
Personal data is collected for the purposes of order processing, delivery and customer relations.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right of access, rectification, objection, erasure and portability.

Article 15 – Force Majeure
Rolling Beers shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure as defined under French case law.
Article 16 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Montpellier, unless a mandatory legal provision dictates otherwise.

All emails are handled as quickly as possible while providing the most professional and comprehensive response.
Responses are provided within 24/48 hours on working days (customer service is closed at weekends and on French public holidays).
Peak periods (sales, Black Friday, exceptional offers on the website...) may result in an additional processing delay of 24/48 hours.
French school holiday periods may also result in an additional delay of 24 hours.
If you have not received a reply within these timeframes, please do not hesitate to follow up to avoid any technical issue that may have prevented your request from being processed.
