These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales made on the website www.rolling-beers.fr to consumer or professional Customers.

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC, to the exclusion of any other document..


ARTICLE 3 – Pre-contractual information

The Customer acknowledges having read, prior to placing any order, the essential characteristics of the products, their prices, delivery times and these GTC.

The photographs and images of the products are not contractually binding.


ARTICLE 4 – Products

The products offered are those listed on the Website, subject to availability. Rolling Beers reserves the right to modify its catalogue at any time.


ARTICLE 5 – Orders

5.1 Online orders

Orders are placed directly on the Website and become final after payment has been validated and these GTC have been accepted.

5.2 Orders based on quotations

Some orders may be confirmed on the basis of a preliminary quotation. The order is considered firm once the quotation has been confirmed in writing by the Customer.

Any order confirmed on the basis of a quotation automatically results in the removal or non-allocation of loyalty points associated with the order.


ARTICLE 6 – Loyalty programme

The loyalty programme is subject to certain conditions.

The following are excluded from the programme:

  • orders based on quotations,
  • orders benefiting from professional rates or specific discounts.

Rolling Beers reserves the right to modify or cancel the programme at any time.


ARTICLE 7 – Price

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery costs. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of order confirmation.


ARTICLE 8 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Rolling Beers reserves the right to suspend any order in the event of refusal of payment.
Rolling Beers offers various payment methods, which may vary depending on the country of destination of the order.
The main methods offered are: credit card payment, PayPal payment, bank transfer payment, and Apple Pay.

Payment in 3 or 4 instalments may be available for individuals residing in mainland France, via Oney's services.

ARTICLE 9 – Delivery and shipping

9.1 Delivery areas

  • European Union
  • Switzerland

For French overseas territories and Switzerland, customs fees and formalities are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

9.2 Delivery methods

  • DPD (home and collection point)
  • Chronopost (home delivery and collection point)
  • Colissimo (home delivery and collection point)
  • Transport on pallets via Mazet transport company

9.3 Shipping times

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours if all products are in stock. This delivery time is indicative and not binding.

This period may be extended by 24 hours in the case of manufacturing (retail malt) or specific requests.

Any mail contact with customer service prior to preparation will temporarily block the order.

9.4 Delivery times

Metropolitan France:

  • DPD / Chronopost: 24 to 48 working hours
  • Colissimo: 48 to 72 working hours
  • Mazet (pallet): 4 to 7 working days

Extension of deadlines:

  • European Union & Switzerland: +24 working hours
  • Overseas territories: +48 working hours
  • Mazet Europe: +1 to 2 working days

Delivery times are indicative, non-binding and expressed in working days. No deliveries are made on weekends or French public holidays.


ARTICLE 10 – Retention of title

The products remain the property of Rolling Beers until full payment has been received.


ARTICLE 11 – Right of withdrawal and exclusions

The consumer Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases of legal exclusions.

The following are specifically excluded:

  • perishable goods (hops, yeast, raw materials),
  • unsealed products,
  • products manufactured or prepared according to the Customer's specifications.

Business customers do not have the right to cancel.


ARTICLE 12 – Statutory warranties

The products are covered by legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by law.


ARTICLE 13 – Liability

Rolling Beers shall not be held liable for brewing results, losses, or indirect damages.

Rolling Beers' liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order.


ARTICLE 14 – Personal data & GDPR

Personal data is collected for order processing, delivery and customer relations.

In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure and portability.

ARTICLE 15 – Force majeure

Rolling Beers shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure as defined by French case law.


ARTICLE 16 – Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Montpellier, unless otherwise required by law.

All emails are processed as quickly as possible, providing the most professional and comprehensive response possible.

Responses are provided within 24/48 hours on working days (customer service is closed on weekends and French public holidays).
Periods of high demand (sales, Black Friday, special offers on the website, etc.) may result in an additional processing time of 24/48 hours.
French school holidays may also result in an additional delay of 24 hours.
