A symphony of dark malts
This Flemish Brown is a tribute to Flemish brewing traditions. The flavour profile is dominated by notes of caramel, toasted hazelnuts, and bread crust, with a hint of dried fruits. Unlike Stouts, it avoids burnt flavours to favour a malty roundness. As it ages, it may develop slight tart nuances that represent the true charm of this historic style.

-
Food Pairing : Perfect with a traditional Flemish Carbonnade (stew) or strong cheeses like aged goat cheese.
