Tips Experts :
-
The Clarity Secret : For a perfectly transparent Pilsner, use Dextrose instead of table sugar. This avoids off-flavours and ensures a cleaner fermentation.
-
Fermentation Temperature : If possible, ferment this beer in a cool spot (ideally 12°C to 15°C if the yeast strain allows) for an even "crispier" profile.
-
Serving : Serve very cold (4-6°C) in a flute or pilsner glass to maintain the head and carbonation.
FAQ Flash :

Is it a strong beer? No, at 4.5%, it is light and designed to be refreshing without being heavy.
