Wheat softness and citrus zest
This Belgian Wit is distinguished by the use of barley and wheat malts, creating a silky mouthfeel. The flavour profile reveals characteristic notes of bitter orange peel and coriander, providing a light and floral complexity. Unlike filtered lagers, its milky and cloudy appearance is a hallmark of its authenticity and rich flavour.

Tips Experts :
-
The Sugar Choice : For a truly "crispy" and light white beer, use Dextrose. Table sugar can add an undesirable heaviness to this delicate style.
-
Aromatic Twist : To accentuate the fruity side, you can add a small amount of fresh organic orange zest during the final stages of fermentation for an extra citrus kick.
-
Serving : Best enjoyed very cold (3-5°C) in a wide-rimmed glass to fully appreciate the spicy aromas.
FAQ Flash :
-
Why is the beer cloudy? This is perfectly normal! The wheat proteins and suspended yeast create the characteristic "haze" of the Wit style.
-
Is it a sour beer? No, it has a very slight natural acidity that enhances its refreshing quality, but it remains very smooth on the palate.
