Description
The dark elegance of the London docks.
The Brewferm English Porter kit allows you to craft 12 litres of a deep brown ale, a true tribute to traditional British porters. It is characterised by an almost black robe and a rich aromatic profile dominated by roasted malt, dark chocolate, and a hint of coffee. At 5.5% ABV, it offers a perfect balance between indulgence and drinkability.

A characterful, malty, and smooth ale
This Porter stands out through the use of dark malts that provide roasted complexity without the burnt bitterness sometimes found in Stouts. The mouthfeel is silky, marked by notes of brown caramel and liquorice, supported by a discreet but essential hoppy bitterness. It is a comforting beer that develops its full roundness after a few weeks of bottle conditioning.

FAQ Flash :
-
How does it differ from a Stout? Porter is generally smoother, less "burnt," and more focused on caramel and chocolate notes than Stout.
-
Why only 12 litres? This is the optimal volume to guarantee a dense concentration of roasted flavours using the 1.5kg extract base.
