Description
Authentic Belgian farmhouse tradition in your glass.
The Brewferm Belgian Saison kit produces 15 litres of a characterful golden ale, rooted in rural brewing traditions. It features a slightly hazy golden robe and a complex aromatic profile where fruity notes meet the typical spicy touches of its specific yeast. At 6.5% ABV, it is both robust and extremely refreshing.

A dry, thirst-quenching beer with character
The "Saison" style is primarily defined by its fermentation. This kit includes a yeast strain capable of consuming most of the sugars, providing a very dry finish (high attenuation) that enhances its refreshing quality. The nose is marked by white fruit esters and a peppery character. On the palate, the body remains light despite the alcohol content, with a balanced bitterness that invites another sip.

Tips Experts :
-
Temperature Control : To achieve the characteristic spicy profile, allow the fermentation temperature to rise naturally between 22°C and 25°C. Saison yeast thrives in warmth.
-
Sugar Alternative : Replace table sugar with Dextrose (corn sugar) to obtain a cleaner finish and avoid residual "cidery" off-flavours.
-
Serving : Serve chilled (6-8°C) in a tulip glass to fully enjoy the aromatic bouquet.
FAQ Flash :
-
Is it a wheat beer? It contains a portion of wheat to improve head retention and add a slight smoothness, but it remains a clear golden ale.
-
Why 15 litres? This is the perfect balance to maintain the style's typical character while providing a generous volume.
