A pleasure beer, balancing sweetness and character

This Cherry Ale is more than just a fruit beer; it is a true tasting ale. The natural cherry aroma integrates harmoniously during fermentation, providing a very light acidity and a lingering roundness. On the palate, red fruit notes dominate, followed by a slightly malty finish that prevents it from being overly syrupy. A refreshing and festive beer.

Tips Experts :

  • Fruit Optimization : For a cleaner and more elegant result, choose Dextrose over table sugar. This allows the natural cherry aromas to remain at the forefront.

  • Patience is a virtue : While tempting immediately after bottling, this beer gains significantly in balance after 6 to 8 weeks of cold conditioning.

  • Serving temperature : Best enjoyed well-chilled (6°C) in a stemmed glass to enhance the orchard fragrances.

FAQ Flash :

  • Is it too sweet? No, the fermentation process consumes the sugars; it remains a balanced beer with a strong fruit presence without tasting like a soft drink.

  • Why 12 litres? To guarantee the intensity of the colour and the power of the cherry flavour with the 1.5kg extract base.
