A complex Dubbel with fruit and spice notes

This kit ensures the typical structure of Belgian "Double" beers thanks to a high original gravity of 1.070. The balance between roasted malts and the included "Belgian Ale" yeast develops aromas of caramel, dried fruits, and subtle spicy notes. The finish is long, warming, and perfectly balanced by moderate bitterness.
