Description
Yeast specially suited for the production of wheat beers. It provides subtle fruity aromas and a characteristic phenolic flavour (clove and pepper).
This yeast does not fully ferment maltotriose, which gives the beer a smoother, fuller mouthfeel. This sensation is ideal for Belgian Witbiers, where the high percentage of flakes already brings a pleasant roundness.
This strain sediments moderately and gives the beer a slight hazy veil.
