MAISON is a Belgian yeast strain designed perfectly for a wide range of Belgian-style beers, from Blondes to Quads. This yeast ferments effectively across a broad temperature range, allowing you to manipulate the flavor profile: at higher temperatures (around 75°F / 24°C), expect robust flavors featuring moderately sweet malt accompanied by pronounced notes of fruit, clove, and spice. At lower temperatures (around 64°F / 18°C), the yeast delivers the same characteristics in a subtler, more nuanced profile.
