A word about Matthieu Filippini
A seasoned homebrewer (judging by his account, the guy seems to wield his mash paddle every other day), Matthieu aka mfibeers has been sharing his brews since 2022.
And what progress since then!
In 2024, he ranked in several brewing competitions and took the top prize at the Bastia Beer Festival with this Brut IPA recipe.

The recipe:
- Color: Pale and clear
- Alcohol: 6.1%
- Quantity: 20L
- Bitterness: Pronounced
- Brewing time: 5h
- Difficulty: Medium to high
Ingredients (provided):
- 3.6kg of Extra Pale Pilsner Malt
- 0.9kg of Rice Flakes
- 150g of Idaho 7
- 150g of Amarillo
- 2 packets of Lallemand BRY-97 yeast
- 1 bottle of 10ml WLE4100 Ultra-Ferm
To get crushed malt, check the appropriate option.
