Belgian Single is a modern take on a little-known monastic blonde style: the Abbey Singel.
Built on a base of pilsner and biscuit malt, this dry and fruity beer is enhanced by a touch of candi sugar and a duo of European hops (Mittelfrüh & Styrian Goldings). Fermented at 20°C, it reveals a floral and spicy profile, surprisingly aromatic for its lightness.
At 5.9%, it’s almost a “Session Tripel” that balances drinkability and character.
