Centennial Hops:

Centennial hops is an aromatic variety, developed from the USDA program at Washington State University in 1974 and released in 1990.

Sometimes called super Cascade due to its similar citrus characteristic, Centennial is highly appreciated for its versatility, mild bitterness depth, and pronounced aroma.

This variety will give your beer a spicy, floral aroma with very delicate citrus notes (lemon).
