Citra hops have been a best-seller for over 15 years. They are among the top 10 most used varieties in the world.
Developed by the Hop Breeding Company and released in 2007, the Citra® 50g from Yakima Chief Hops is renowned for its distinct citrus and tropical fruit flavors.
Like Centennial or Mosaic, Citra hops will reveal their full potential at the end of the boil, in Whirlpool, and in Dry Hop (during primary fermentation).
The 50g format is perfect for small batches or adding complexity to your beers with small amounts of hops.
