Simcoe 50g Yakima Chief Hops:
Developed by Yakima Chief Ranches and released in 2000, Simcoe hops (here in 50g) are known for their versatility and unique aromatic characteristics.
They present clear aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit, backed by a mix of berries and resinous pine notes.
Increasingly popular even after 24 years, Simcoe is one of the top ten varieties favored in the craft beer and home brewing communities.
Its composition makes it ideal for use at the end of the boil, in Whirlpool, and for Dry Hop (especially in primary fermentation).
The 50g format is perfect for small batches or adding complexity to your beers with small amounts of hops.
