The Talus® 50g Yakima Chief Hops provides an aromatic profile of pink grapefruit, citrus rinds, pine resin, dried roses, tropical fruits, and sage. Its unique and striking flavors persist throughout the brewing process into your glass.

The composition of Talus makes it highly versatile, fitting perfectly in Whirlpool, primary Dry Hop, and/or secondary Dry Hop. Additionally, this hop has a high beta acid content, ensuring exceptional flavor and bitterness retention in the beer.

The 50g format is perfect for small batches or adding complexity to your beers with small amounts of hops.
