Its profile offers a smooth and balanced bitterness. When used in Whirlpool or dry hop (during secondary fermentation), El Dorado hops bring lively flavors and aromas of tropical fruits, pear, watermelon, candy, and stone fruits.

The 50g format is perfect for small batches or adding complexity to your beers with small amounts of hops.
