Mosaic 50g Yakima Chief Hops:
Developed by the Hop Breeding Company, Mosaic hops have been the star of IPAs since 2012.
The Mosaic® 50g from Yakima Chief Hops has a high alpha acid content. It develops a unique and complex aromatic profile that pairs perfectly with many beer styles.
It is a cross between Simcoe® and a male derived from Nugget.
Mosaic® owes its name to the artistic assembly of aromas and flavors it produces. It reveals a beautiful tropical, resinous, citrus, herbal, earthy, and floral bouquet.
Thanks to its composition, Mosaic®, like Citra and Centennial, is ideal for use at the end of the boil, in Whirlpool, and for Dry Hop (during primary fermentation).
The 50g format is perfect for small batches or adding complexity to your beers with small amounts of hops.
