Pellets Hops Enigma

Enigma Hops:

The Enigma Hops is an aromatic variety originating from Australia. It was developed in 2013 by Hop Products Australia from a breeding program using Tettnang hops and a North American hop.

The Enigma hop is generally used at the end of boiling, Whirlpool or Dry Hop. It will give the beer beautiful tropical flavors, a hint of stone fruit, notes of raspberries and currants. What will distinguish it the most are its vinous flavors close to Pinot Gris.
