Description
WHC Belgian Haze is a dried wit yeast strain. It is ideal for Belgian ales (especially witbiers).
POF+ but non-diastatic, it offers a nice balance of spice and phenols, with moderate acidity. It pairs particularly well with orange, lemon zest, and coriander.
