"Mot pour rire" is a New England-style beer, light, highly pintable, and generously hopped with aromatic varieties. With a nice dose of oats, a low-flocculating yeast, and a double dry-hop (DDH), discover this truly hazy & juicy beer.
Since Simcoe and Mosaic hops from the original recipe are currently unavailable, Fauve has authorized us to replace them with Idaho 7!
The recipe:
- Color: Pale and Hazy
- Alcohol: 5%
- Volume: 20L
- Bitterness: Mild
- Brewing time: 5h
- Difficulty: High
Ingredients provided:
- 3.75 kg of Pale Ale Malt
- 1.25 kg of Oat Flakes
- 375g of Wheat Flakes
- 100g of Citra Hops
- 100g of Idaho 7 Hops
- 2 sachets of Verdant yeast
To get crushed malt, choose the appropriate variant.
Note: We can no longer offer hops by the gram, so you’ll need to weigh the correct amounts according to the quantities specified in the recipe. Store the remaining hops between brewing steps in an airtight container in the fridge.
