Tradition Hops:

Tradition hops is an aromatic variety from the Hallertau family originating from Germany. It was specifically developed for resistance to fungi and diseases, and also has higher alpha acids than its parent varieties, low cohumulone, and higher myrcene. It has been marketed since 1989.

Tradition hops imparts an earthy, herbal character with nectar fruit notes (apricot, apple, pear). It will express its full potential at the end of the boil, in the Whirlpool, or even in dry hop.

It is frequently used for Lager, Pilsner, and Wheat beer styles.
