Vinoferm Grand Cru promotes the development of malolactic fermentation. It develops typical and complex primary aromas, harmoniously integrating notes of spices, aromatic herbs, and dried fruits.

Grape varieties:
Perfectly suited to varieties such as Pinot Noir, Gamay, Lemberger, Cabernet, Cabernet Cortis/Cantor/Jura, Sangiovese, Dornfelder.
Dosage:
15–25 g/hl
Use:
Mix 1 part yeast with 7 parts water and 3 parts must at 35–40 °C. Let rehydrate for at least 15 minutes, then add to the must. Ensure the temperature difference between the starter and the must in your fermentation tank does not exceed 10 °C.
Storage life:
Vacuum‑packed. Store in a cool, dry place (<15 °C, ideally 4–8 °C). Use within 2–3 days after opening.
