The MHD indicates that the manufacturer guarantees the product retains 100% of its qualities until this date. Afterward, it remains consumable or usable, but may gradually lose some of its organoleptic properties.
SafBrewTM DW-17 is a powerful solution (composed of active dry yeast and enzymes) for producing very dry and complex beers with fruity and woody aromas.
SafBrewTM DW-17 is also recommended for fermenting very high‑gravity beers,
allowing an alcohol level of up to 17%.

Instructions for use:
- 1. Pitching: sprinkle the yeast into at least 10 times its weight of sterile water or boiled and hopped wort at a temperature of 25–35°C.
- 2. Let stand for 15–30 minutes, stir gently, and add the mixture to the fermentation vessel.
- 3. Direct pitching is also possible, depending on your equipment and practices, at a temperature between 20°C and 32°C.
