German Amarillo hop pellets

Amarillo® VGXP01 is a highly appreciated aromatic variety, known for its intense fruit and citrus aromas. Originally developed in the United States, it is now grown in Germany with quality equivalent to US Amarillo®.

At the end of the boil, in whirlpool or in dry hopping, this hop brings notes of orange, lemon and stone fruit, perfect for IPAs, Pale Ales, fruity beers or any recipe where aroma needs to dominate.

Rolling Beers Tips

• For maximum aroma, add Amarillo® in whirlpool between 80 and 90°C.
• For dry hopping, aim for 48 to 72 hours of contact for a balanced citrus profile.
• In Pale Ales, use Amarillo® at the end of the boil for a softer, lemony bouquet.
