The most well-known (and used) yeast in the USA, ready to use without rehydration. Very versatile and reliable, it is a top-fermenting yeast known for its clean and neutral aromatic profile. It will be ideal for balanced beers with little diacetyl where a refreshing side is sought.
Its profile will also allow the malt or hops to shine depending on what is sought.
- Flocculation: low/medium.
- Attenuation: 78-82%.
- Fermentation temperature: 15 - 24°C.
- Dose to use: 5 - 8 g / 10 l.
