El Dorado Hops:

The El Dorado hop is an aromatic variety that comes from the United States. It was developed in 2008 by CLS Farms, LLC and was introduced to the market in 2010.

The El Dorado hop offers a soft and balanced bitterness. It gives off fruity notes and tropical fruit flavors. When used at the end of boiling, flame out or in dry hopping, the El Dorado hop brings vivid flavors and aromas of tropical fruits, pear, watermelon, candy, and stone fruits.

It is often used for American-style beers, such as IPAs, pale ales, and wheat ales.
