Brew French Nevada: our French Pale Ale recipe

French Nevada is a golden and balanced Pale Ale paying tribute to the legendary Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Mistral hops bring floral, fruity and lightly resinous notes, while the Lovures Boudig Ar Breser yeast, close to a Chico‑type strain, ensures a clean and dry fermentation, letting the malt/hop duo shine.

The malt base, made of Pale Ale and Amber Caramel malts, provides roundness, color and a smooth, lightly biscuity texture, perfectly suited to this old‑school style. The Breton Lovures yeast guarantees firm attenuation and a clean aromatic profile.

The result: a bright, expressive Pale Ale with moderate, controlled bitterness and an aromatic profile rich in flowers, white fruits and a hint of resin. A true meeting point between American tradition and French craftsmanship.
