Aurora Hops:

The Aurora hop is a versatile hop that comes from Slovenia. It was developed as a seedling of Northern Brewer. Aurora is also known as Super Styrian or Styrian Aurora.

The Aurora hop confers moderate bitterness. It has an alpha acid content ranging from 6.5% to 13%, but a low proportion of cohumulone. This particularity gives the finished beer intense but pleasant aromas of lemongrass, spices, and flowers.

It is frequently used for Ale, Lager, Belgian Ale & English Ale style beers.
