Description
Spring 2025 Collection "Viking's Holidays" in partnership with Kveik Yeastery
Discover our NEIPA recipe. As accessible as it is clever, it does not necessarily require pressure equipment. Yet it will not lack character or aromatic depth!
Its hops Idaho 7 and Simcoe are excellent candidates for biotransformation. Their combination will bring out a beautiful bouquet of apricot, passion fruit, papaya, grapefruit, orange, and pine needles.
Finally, and this is its main highlight, the Spectrum Eclipse liquid hop added during Dry Hop will minimize the risks of oxidation and hop creep. It will enrich the beer with a wonderful bouquet of sweet mandarin. It will be complemented by fine notes of pine needles, grapefruit, and white fruits, blending perfectly with the esters from the Eitrheim yeast.
