Description
Spring 2025 Collection "Viking's Holidays" in partnership with Kveik Yeastery
Discover our traditional Norwegian farmhouse recipe, revisited and modernized with New Zealand hops. Behind a fairly cereal-forward blonde malt base, the Ebbegarden yeast, originating from a fruit-producing farm and naturally rich in fruity aromas, will biotransform the hops added during the whirlpool stage.
The balance of the beer will gently lean towards the hops. A small Dry Hop with Nectaron hops will provide a subtle tropical freshness kick and enhance the beer with pineapple and peach aromas.
The goal: to create a traditional Norwegian farmhouse beer with a modern twist. This recipe combines drinkability with a delightful fruity freshness, perfect for the summer season.
