Lallemand LalBrew Pomona 11g
Profile: Fruity, Biotransformation boosted.
LalBrew Pomona
LalBrew Pomona™ is a hybrid yeast, selected for its fruity aromatic boost and biotransformation capability. It is perfect for the production of heavily hopped beers.
Named after the goddess of fruit trees, LalBrew Pomona™ gives a unique aromatic profile with notes of peach, citrus, and tropical fruits.
This strain was created in partnership with Escarpment Laboratories (Canada) using yeast hybridization techniques and adaptive evolution, under difficult fermentation conditions (Hops and alcohol ++).
The result is a fruity, stress-tolerant, and robust strain that enhances biotransformation and haze on modern IPAs.
