Complete yeast mixture with special yeast and nutrients to ferment 25 litres of water + 8 kg sugar in 5 days up to 18 % vol. Delivers a pure product with few fermentation by-products. Ideal for liqueurmakers. Can't be incremented (e.g. 10 packs in 250 l wort) unless rigorous temperature control and cooling can be guaranteed. Content: 11,5 g.
