Brew our Passion Vanilla Sour recipe "Passion Island":
Tangy and creamy at the same time, discover the pronounced character of passion fruit softened by the roundness of vanilla. This sour will be your ultimate beer-cocktail.
The pack includes malt, hops, passion fruit puree and the yeast needed to produce the recipe, for a 20-liter brew. However, we can't yet supply the vanilla aroma.
For the sour kettle, we have decided to supply a handful of uncrushed pilsner malt.
Please note: we can't offer retail hops, so you'll need to weigh out the 8g of hops required for this recipe. Store the remaining 92g in the freezer.
