“Au chant du coq” is a French-hopped India Pale Lager. With 5.5% ABV, this beer offers a refreshing dryness balanced by a subtle, well-rounded body. The hop selection brings aromas of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant), tropical fruits, citrus (kumquat, lime, mandarin), white fruits like pear, and a hint of spice typical of European hops.
This well-hopped Lager surprises with flavors rarely found in this style. It's a delightful discovery and a great way to dive into the bold expression of French hops.
