This DDH IPA displays a lovely hazy pale yellow, topped with a beautiful off-white foam. On the palate, you'll discover expressive aromas of pineapple and coconut. These flavors cling to the palate thanks to a pleasantly round texture. This roundness is then balanced by a surprising bitterness that adds character and an irresistible desire for another sip.
The recipe:
- Color: Pale and hazy
- Alcohol: 6.9%
- Quantity: 20L
- Bitterness: Medium to pronounced
- Brewing time: 5h
- Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients:
- 3kg Pilsner malt

- 900g Light Wheat malt
- 900g Wheat flakes
- 500g Oat flakes
- 100g Idaho 7
- 100g Sabro
- 2 sachets of Lallemand Verdant yeast
To get crushed malt, choose the appropriate variant.
