  • Color: Slightly golden
  • Alcohol: 7.6%
  • Quantity: 20L
  • Bitterness: Present
  • Brewing time: 5h
  • Difficulty: Medium

Note: We cannot provide the Caribbean chili pepper. Sonny recommends using it fresh. You can find it on specialty websites or in international grocery stores. You’ll need 20g for the recipe.

Ingredients (provided):

  • 5kg Pale Ale Malt
  • 0.8kg Munich I Malt
  • 0.7kg Smoked Malt
  • 50g Citra Hops
  • 50g Amarillo Hops
  • 3 sachets of WHC LAX yeast

To get crushed malt, check the appropriate option.

Note: Unfortunately, we can no longer offer hops in bulk, so you’ll need to weigh the correct amounts according to the recipe.
