Cryo Nectaron Hops:

The Nectaron hop is an aromatic variety developed by New Zealand's Plant & Food Research. It was selected for its high alpha acid and oil content. Genetically, Nectaron is a sister to the Waimea hop.
Its Cryo form will produce an explosion of tropical fruits (notably pineapple and passion fruit) as well as notes of peach and grapefruit.
It will integrate perfectly at the end of the boil, Whirlpool, or Dry Hop.
This hop has an interesting beta acid rate (provided it is mixed with hops that have a lower alpha acid rate than Nectaron). It will thus preserve the overall bitterness of the beer and the balance of flavors over the medium/long term. In beers where bitterness is quite sought after, it can be a superb structural ally.
Nectaron is often used for IPAs, NEIPAs, Pale Ales, and Lagers.
