Autumn Collection - "Carrotcake"
Slightly pastry, comforting, deliciously malty (biscuit, caramel) and spicy, discover the ultimate autumn recipe. Inspired by the famous Carrot Cake, this resolutely American beer will transport you to the orange landscapes of Vermont or Rhode Island on October 31st.
The pack includes the malt, hops, dried ginger roots, lactose, star anise, and yeast necessary for the recipe, for a 20-liter brew. However, we cannot yet provide nutmeg, maple syrup, cinnamon, and carrot.
Note: we cannot offer hops in detail, therefore, you will need to weigh the 2 doses of the recipe yourself. You can store the remaining 50g in the freezer.
