Brewferm Servomyces yeast nutrient - 6 caps

Brewferm Servomyces is a naturally enriched single-strain brewing yeast from the prestigious Hefebank Weihenstephan that is used as a biological yeast nutrient. Servomyces presents better bioavailability of minerals, which is a very important factor in yeast nutrition. It stimulates the yeast to absorb essential nutrients in its cell structure.

Use 1 capsule of 270 mg to make 4 to 26 litres of wort. The capsule requires boiling to melt, put the capsule in the wort 10 minutes before the end of the boil. If your fermentation does not require a boil, open the capsule and pour contents in the wort.
