WLP095 Burlington Ale
Ideal yeast for New England IPAs.
Burlington Ale produces peach and tropical fruit esters with a slight hint of diacetyl, so we recommend increasing the temperature at the end of fermentation.
It will also give the beer a nice creaminess, giving it a smooth, smoothie-like texture.
Characteristics:
- Attenuation rate: 73-78%
- Flocculation: Medium
- Fermentation temperature: 19-21°C
Ready-to-use yeast. A starter is still recommended if you use it two months after the manufacturing date (printed on the package).
