WLP090 San Diego Super
Very clean strain, with very fast fermentation.
This yeast produces few esters, giving a balanced and neutral flavor and aroma profile.
Good alcohol tolerance and great versatility, suitable for many beer styles (Pale Ale, Stout, Amber Ale, IPA...).
Aromatic profile similar to California Ale Yeast (WLP001) with faster fermentation.
