Try our "Thank's Celis" recipe : Belgian WIT-BIER

After many changes in the brewing landscape at the end of the 19th century, lager brewing began to spread throughout Europe, leaving our delicious Witbier behind. Faced with this adoration for lighter, clearer lagers, Belgian brewers had no choice but to close their breweries. A terrible end for the Blanche...

Then one day, a beer hero appeared and changed the course of history: Pierre Celis. A man with a passion for local beer who one day decided to raise Bière Blanche from the ashes!

In 1965, he launched his first brewery and finally reopened the Witbier book...

Discover the superb raw wheat flavours provided by the wheat flakes. Combine them with the naturally spicy notes of the yeast. Add a few coriander seeds and a little orange peel and you've got an authentic (and delicious) Belgian white beer!

The pack includes the malt, hops, spices and yeast needed to make the recipe, for a 19-litre brew.
