Description
Fuller-bodied and more coffee-forward than Carafa® special I, it will add a beautiful opaque black color (1100 to 1200 EBC) and pronounced roasting to your beer.
It will be ideal in dark beers where a balanced to strong roasted character is desired. It can also be combined with other dark malts to balance the cocoa and coffee flavors.
This malt can be used up to 5%.
